The EXPRESS gas dehorner is a very light and easy-to-use dehorning device for professional dehorning of calves. In less than 3 minutes the 477 g light device reaches its operating temperature of 700 °C. The dehorning of the calf can then be carried out within 30 seconds per horn, making it particularly fast yet careful and effective. The dehorning device is delivered in a practical carrying case including a rotatable burning tip with a diameter of 17 or 19 mm made of brass as well as a gas cartridge with a high-quality gas mixture. One cartridge is sufficient for at least 2 hours of work. The nozzle and the piezo ignition can be changed without tools. In addition, the gas igniter has a shut-off function to prevent accidental ignition and the ergonomic plastic handle fits comfortably in the hand - for greater safety during work. Since the housing is not cold, the dehorner is comfortable to use even on winter days.
Attention: Use only with original gas!
Our tip: Store the gas dehorning device indoors during cold winter months - room temperature would be optimal!
