- Directions for use : The MAXIMUM-MINI thermometer allows you to know the maximum and minimum temperatures reached over a period of time. Mount the thermometer in a vertical position, away from heat and direct sunlight. Press "C/F" to select the unit of measurement. Press "RESET" to display the ambient temperature and reset the MAX-MIN memory.
