The shearing machine is used for shearing sheep, goats as well as llamas, alpacas and other camelids. Two comb-like blades are used as cutting tools. The comb plate facing the skin is fixed and screwed to the housing. The upper knife is moved back and forth transversely against it. The upper knife is set in motion with the aid of two pressure forks. The shear pressure between the knives is adjusted via the adjusting head.
