The mole trap is spread by hand and can be reused indefinitely, if you put a new place to keep it open. This trap is used without a key. When the mole presses on the setting plate (which is the small metal frame that holds the trap open), the spring releases and the animal is trapped between the two pins.
Sturdy construction, can be used over and over again as long as you have a setting plate to keep the trap taut.
Usage Instructions:
- To use the trap, spread the pins of the trap and insert a set plate to hold it open.
- Place the mole trap in the aisle.
- When the mole presses on the setting plate, the spring will release. The mole is therefore trapped between the 2 pins.
This trap is efficient, economical and very easy to use.
User tips: Let the trap rust a little before use; moles have a very highly developed sense of smell.
