With the Milky multi-purpose kettle, pasteurising becomes child's play. The new-generation pasteuriser offers reliable quality thanks to a three-walled kettle made in one piece and an automatic stirrer made of stainless steel.

With a 2.5 mm wall thickness, the insulation chamber guarantees the best insulation values and, thanks to the high insulation protection , virtually prevents the outer wall from heating up and thus energy losses. The unique thin wall thickness of only 1.2 mm between the second and third chamber, on the other hand, enables an extremely good heat transfer of the temperature of the heating water to the medium and thus saves energy and heating costs to a considerable extent (LE effect). Therefore, only about 20 litres of water are required for optimum heating.

The new special electronic heating control ensures that the heating water temperature is always ONLY max. 15 °C higher than the medium temperature. Therefore, the deviation between display and medium temperature is max. plus/minus 1 °C and thus saves enormous energy and heating costs (LE effect).

With the easy-to-use membrane keypad, you can enter up to 4 different programmes in the electronic control.
