REBER three-layer bags have all these features:

• 2 inner polyethylene layers suitable for food contact.
• 1 outer layer of polyamide, which guarantees the airtightness against air infiltration.
• 2 layers of polyethylene, makes the bag more resistant to puncturing or tearing; prevents moisture penetration.
• reduces the formation of frost and ice crystals in the freezer
• the special notches on the surface promote the exit and escape of air, allowing the creation of a real vacuum.

REBER bags are tested for vacuum cooking up to a temperature of 100°C for a maximum of 4 hours. We recommend cooking at 60°C for 24 hours.
