Replacement blade for electric hoof trimming shears

Instructions for changing the blade

1. Loosen screws (12) and remove cover (11)

2. Loosen the blade fastening screw

3. Unscrew the blade nut

4. Remove the blade axle

5. Remove the movable blade and serrated sector

6. Remove the fixed blade and replace with a new one

7. Lubricate the cutting surface of the new blade with suitable grease

8. Insert movable blade, serrated sector and axle

9. Tighten the blade nut to at least 0.2 Nm

10. Tighten the screw to 10-12 Nm

11. Fit the cover and tighten the screws to a maximum of 1.5 Nm

12. Lubricate the blade axle
