The horizont neon light tells the user if their fence is functioning properly. It is a visual function indicator in twilight or darkness.
The horizont device lights in time with the current pulses and goes out below 2000 volts fence voltage.
The deterrent effect on game fences is an additional plus for the horizont function control device. The meter does not require an earth connection (is hooked into the existing fence material and operated through the electrified conductor material).
