The new strongLine poultry fences from horizont fully meet your expectations and offer exceptional stability and quality thanks to the newly integrated fibreglass posts.
As the name ‘strongLine’ suggests, the new product series features particularly strong and stable posts. In addition to the fibreglass posts, which are characterised by their exceptional stability, two additional posts are included per fence. This means that the seven fibreglass posts in the previous version have been increased to nine fibreglass posts in the new version.
This reduces the post spacing from 4.17 m to 3.13 m and prevents sagging, which is common with normal poultry nets – more posts mean less spacing, which contributes to optimal tension of the net. In addition, the improved stability of the posts means that the chicken fence can be erected and dismantled quickly and without tools in no time at all. Thanks to the new material, the posts do not bend even under heavy pressure. This means that regular relocation of the poultry fence is no problem.
The strongLine net, with a height of 110 cm and a length of 25 m, features high-quality double points and reinforced upper and lower strands for added robustness. Its exceptional tear resistance and durability are achieved by 12 horizontal plastic strands with welded knots, which guarantee a high level of safety thanks to their quality. The poultry net has a particularly fine mesh in the lower section to prevent small and young animals from escaping from the fenced area.
But it is not only the new fibreglass posts, the reinforced upper and lower wires, the high-quality double tips and the fine mesh that make the strongLine chicken net a premium product. The integrated ground stopper also improves the fence, keeping the net constantly on the ground and preventing animals from crawling underneath. In addition, each post has a head insulator that guides the top wire securely even in wind and weather, thus ensuring the necessary tension as well as herd safety and a firm footing.
Each of our nets comes with a complete service set. It includes 4 double-sided pegs, 4 guy ropes, 13 ground pegs, 2 head insulators, 5 brass clips for repairing the strands and 2 non-conductive replacement strands – one in the colour of the net and one in black. The 13 ground pegs ensure that the nets remain on the ground and that animals cannot crawl under the net. The guy ropes are used at the corners of the fenced-in areas so that the net is taut and stable.
For quick and easy access to the fenced-in area, the poultry net can be supplemented with our Hotgate gate.
If you are using the fence for dogs, cats or other small animals, please note that the fence is only a simple barrier. Pay attention to the behaviour (biting, scratching) of the animals at the fence, especially their often underestimated jumping power. Do not leave the animals unattended.
