The new strongLine 90E sheep net from horizont impresses with its new, particularly robust fibreglass poles. Based on valuable customer feedback, we have been able to further improve our sheep nets.
With a height of 90 cm and a length of 50 m, the net offers a quick and uncomplicated way to fence in sheep and other animals. The 14 fibreglass posts are extremely robust and prevent the fence from sagging. This gives you a reliable and stable solution for your sheep. Each individual post is equipped with a single spike, which ensures a stable and precise anchoring in the ground, even on difficult terrain.
The upper and lower strands of the sheep net are reinforced, which gives the fence additional stability. Of a total of 8 horizontal strands, 7 are live. These are connected to each other via welded knots. This makes the net exceptionally tear-resistant and durable.
Each post of the sheep net is equipped with an insulated head and an integrated ground stopper to securely fasten the strands and prevent the net from sliding up. This ensures a safe posture.
The electrified sheep net "strongLine 90E" is the ideal solution to fence sheep and goats safely. It resembles a conventional pasture fence, but has been specially adapted to the needs of sheep. It is designed to prevent the animals from entering or leaving the fenced area. When touched, the electric circuit closes and a harmless shock pulse is triggered to deter the animals. The pulse is strong enough to be noticed, but not strong enough to cause injury.
The close-meshed structure also makes the sheep net ideal for young animals such as lambs. To allow easy access to the fenced area, the sheep net can be supplemented with our Hotgate gate. The gate can be easily electrified to ensure the safety of the sheep. The insulated frame allows the gate to be opened and closed effortlessly and safely without the need to switch off the electricity.
The sheep net can also be easily connected to other nets. This way you can easily and quickly fence larger areas and herd your animals with a clear conscience.
Even in difficult lighting conditions at dusk, the strongLine net remains highly visible thanks to its eye-catching orange strands and white stakes with individual spikes. This ensures that farm animals or wild animals do not accidentally pass through and damage the net.
The different colours of the stake insulators at the beginning of the net make it easier to install and prevent the sheep net from getting tangled. The strongLine net is also equipped with robust stainless steel clips to easily connect the nets together, without tools or moving parts.
In addition to the sheep nets, we offer a comprehensive service kit to help you install and maintain the net. It includes 4 double-sided pegs, 4 guy lines, 13 ground stakes, 2 head insulators, 2 ground stoppers, 5 brass clips, 1 horizontal warning sign, 1 spare wire in black (non-conductive) and 1 spare wire in net colour (conductive).
