The horizont energy limiter is used to reduce the energy in fence sections when crossing ditches with a risk of flooding.
If a section of your fence is under water, the energy limiter automatically and reliably interrupts the current flow in the lowest wire / cable. The remaining conductor material is not affected by the process and continues to carry current.
