Discover the ranger® AN360 electric fence energiser – your perfect solution for secure pasture fences!

With its unique flexibility of being powered by both 230 V mains electricity and a 12 V battery, the ranger® AN360 guarantees uninterrupted operation even in the event of a mains power failure. It can even be operated with a solar panel as an option to ensure maximum independence.

Thanks to the flexible 6-mode function, you can adjust the pulse sequence for your fence to suit your individual needs. The ‘Impulse Control’ function provides additional safety for people and animals by automatically switching off the electric fence or reducing the output energy if the pulse is too fast.

1. NORMAL: Normal pulse sequence

2. SMART: Normal pulse sequence APN (*APN = output energy level is set to 50% of the maximum energy and automatically adjusted in response to load changes, e.g. due to vegetation on the fence)

3. DAY MODE: Normal pulse sequence APN during the day, slow pulse sequence at night

4. NIGHT MODE: Normal pulse sequence APN at night, slow pulse sequence during the day

5. SLOW MODE: Slow pulse sequence APN during the day and at night

6. ONLY NIGHT MODE: Normal pulse sequence APN at night, no pulse output during the day = additional energy savings, greater efficiency, lower operating costs

The ‘System Control’ fence insulation indicator provides a clear display of the insulation status of your pasture fence, while the practical on/off switch on the device allows for convenient operation.

Thanks to the high-quality 2-colour LED indicator, you can easily monitor the battery capacity and activity of the device. The special power-saving circuit intelligently adapts the power consumption of the electric fence device to the electric fence, resulting in lower energy consumption, reduced environmental impact and lower costs.

With two fence outputs offering different output energies, the ranger® AN360 is ideal for flexible operation in large and/or small pastures.

The clear 6-stage LED voltage indicator allows easy remote monitoring of the electric fence energiser. In addition to the power-saving circuit, the output energy level is automatically adjusted to save up to 60% of the maximum energy and to adapt to load changes.

Made from high-quality plastics that are UV-stabilised, splash-proof, torsion-resistant, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, the ranger® AN360 guarantees long-term durability.

The scope of delivery includes the electric fence device, power supply unit, fence, earth and battery connection cables.

With a recommendation for fence lengths of up to 17 km and the recommendation to set up the device with two 1.5 m earth rods, the ranger® AN360 offers optimum herding safety for your animals.

This warning stands for possible harmful situations caused by electrical voltage, which can lead to serious injury or death if not observed!
Fire hazard warning
Warning - there is a risk of smouldering fire if heat builds up. The appliance must not be covered by materials etc. during operation, as this can lead to heat build-up and possibly to fire. Therefore, do not install in areas at risk of fire (e.g. hay and straw stores)
Warning! Repairs may only be carried out by qualified persons. Only the replacement parts specified by the manufacturer may be used. We reserve the right to make technical changes!
Please do not cover the electric fence with a plastic bag. Fire hazard due to overheating

Repair service

Reliable, competent and fast contact

Good service plays a major role at horizont. In our in-house repair workshop, experts are available to assist you with words and deeds. In case of a defect or damage of your device (e.g. due to lightning strike or moisture ingress), horizont's technical service will be at your disposal at short notice.

Many of horizont's specialized trade partners can repair your device on site thanks to simple modular construction or your device will be repaired in the service center in Korbach and you will be helped with a loaner device during the short repair time (usually 48 hours).

During the subsequent safety inspection, all components of the device are tested and you receive a one-year warranty on the complete device.
