The trapper® AB12 electric fence energiser can be operated with either a 6 V or a 12 V battery or rechargeable battery - according to your individual needs and possibilities. As an option, you can also attach a solar panel via the specially designed mounting mechanism to supply the electric fence energiser with environmentally friendly solar energy.
With two operating modes - slow and normal pulse sequence - you can customise the activity of the electric fence energiser to your specific requirements. The power control function allows you to keep an eye on the activity of the device at all times to ensure the safety of your animals.
Thanks to the practical on/off switch on the electric fence energiser, switching off the power is now easier than ever before. You no longer need to use a fence switch or pull the plug - simply press the switch and the fence energiser is switched off.
With a voltage of 11,000 volts and an input of 0.18 joules, the trapper® AB12 electric fence energiser offers reliable performance for securing your pasture. For optimum fence security, we recommend installing the electric fence energiser with a 1 m long ground stake.
In addition to the device itself, the scope of delivery of the trapper® AB12 electric fence energiser also includes a ground stake and stand stake as well as fence and ground connection cables - everything you need for easy installation and use.

Repair service
Reliable, competent and fast contact
Good service plays a major role at horizont. In our in-house repair workshop, experts are available to assist you with words and deeds. In case of a defect or damage of your device (e.g. due to lightning strike or moisture ingress), horizont's technical service will be at your disposal at short notice.
Many of horizont's specialized trade partners can repair your device on site thanks to simple modular construction or your device will be repaired in the service center in Korbach and you will be helped with a loaner device during the short repair time (usually 48 hours).
During the subsequent safety inspection, all components of the device are tested and you receive a one-year warranty on the complete device.
