The most important condition to be able to ensure optimal herding safety as well as full equipment performance on the fence is clean grounding. The fence system is a circuit in which electricity flows.
To properly ground an electric fence, one or more ground stakes are inserted into the ground until they encounter moist soil.
Attention: Use only galvanized, rust-free materials for grounding, because a rust layer greatly reduces the effect.
Our 50 cm long horizont ground stake standard is made of galvanized round steel and has a diameter of 8 mm. The horizont ground stake standard is supplied complete with suspension.
