Earthing plays an important role in ensuring that your electric fence works properly.
To ensure that the return line works via the ground, especially if it is dry, frozen, sandy or stony, it is important that the earthing is sufficiently dimensioned. Depending on the energy type of the electric fencing equipment, we recommend earthing stakes up to 2 metres long and, if necessary, several of them connected together.
Our sturdy horizont earth stake with a length of 1 m and a material thickness of 3 mm made of galvanised T-angle iron is supplied complete with connection screw. We recommend the 1 m length for all 12 V battery-powered devices and battery-powered solar devices. The large contact surface to the ground ensures more efficient earthing.
