The turbomax ® AN800-D energiser can be operated either on 230 V mains power or on a 12 V battery. Optionally, you can also operate the device with a solar panel.

The high-quality LCD display informs you about the current fence voltage and stored energy. You can also view the battery voltage and WLAN connection status.
For greater safety for humans and animals, the ‘Impulse Control’ function switches the energiser off or reduces the output energy if the pulses are emitted too quickly (e.g. technical defect). The 2-stage technology means that in the event of faults, e.g. fresh vegetation or a fallen gate handle, higher energy is fed into the fence after a safety margin of 55 seconds, keeping your animals safe on the pasture even in the event of faults.
The high-quality 2-colour LED control display clearly shows the battery capacity and the activity of the device. For optimum pulse control, the energiser flashes in time with the pulse indication. This allows you to recognise the activity of the device from a distance.
The device has a push button for switching it on and off. The energiser indicates strong load changes below 400 ohms with clearly audible and visible signals. Your elcetric fence should then be checked for faults or damage.
An integrated deep discharge cut-out effectively protects your battery. Our energisers are made from high-quality plastics and are UV-resistant, splash-proof, torsion-resistant, impact-resistant and oil-resistant - guaranteeing you many years of durability.
The energiser is suitable for fence lengths (medium vegetation) of up to 15 km.
We recommend installing the energiser with 5 earthing rods of 1.5 m each for optimum fence safety.
The operating time when operated with the recommended 12 V special rechargeable battery, item no. 25012B, is 8-19 days (the information refers to a calculated utilisation of 100 % of the specified capacity).
Energiser, fence connection cable, battery connection cable, power supply unit and warning sign are included in the scope of delivery.

Repair service
Reliable, competent and fast contact
Good service plays a major role at horizont. In our in-house repair workshop, experts are available to assist you with words and deeds. In case of a defect or damage of your device (e.g. due to lightning strike or moisture ingress), horizont's technical service will be at your disposal at short notice.
Many of horizont's specialized trade partners can repair your device on site thanks to simple modular construction or your device will be repaired in the service center in Korbach and you will be helped with a loaner device during the short repair time (usually 48 hours).
During the subsequent safety inspection, all components of the device are tested and you receive a one-year warranty on the complete device.
