horizont 12 V / 230 V energiser shockstar AN250
- Combi unit - commissioning via 230 V mains or 12 V rechargeable battery
- Maximum voltage 11,000 V, 2.5 joules input, 2 joules output
- Power saving circuit - automatic adaptation of the power consumption to the fence condition
The shockstar AN250 is a combination electric fence and can therefore be operated either on 230 volt mains power or on a 12 volt battery. This gives you the option of connecting the device to your home's power circuit and energising your pasture from there, or you can use a rechargeable battery and electrify your pasture fence far away from inhabited settlements. You will find a recommendation for a suitable battery in the accessories and recommendations section.
If you want to connect the electric fence to a circuit using a mains adapter, you must install a lightning protector in order to be covered in the event of lightning damage. In addition, there must be a distance of at least 10 m between the earth of the electric fence unit and your house earth. For bridging the distance, we recommend a high quality feeder cable. Earth stakes are not included in the delivery. You will find these and other suitable products for the electric fence unit in the accessories and recommendations section.
Special features:
ECO Power: The power saving circuit automatically adjusts the power consumption to the condition of the fence = less energy consumption, less environmental impact and lower costs.
Optionally, the electric fence can also be operated with a solar panel . You have the choice of how and where you use the shockstar device.
The shockstar AN250 electric fence, a battery connection cable, a mains connection cable, a fence connection cable, an earth connection cable, a quick start guide, as well as the Secura (safety notice) and a warning sign are included in the delivery.
